Initial contact & project intake

The first step towards your padel facility: we capture your requirements and assess basic feasibility.

Site analysis & land survey

Detailed capture of all relevant site data using state-of-the-art technology.

  • Production of 2D and 3D CAD models

Concept development & baseline analysis

Development of the optimal concept taking into account all legal and technical framework conditions.

  • Check of planning permission (§34/§35 BauGB)
  • Technical investigations (soil, contamination, development)
  • Variant planning: number of courts, roofing, parking
  • 3D visualisations and cost estimate to DIN 276

Alignment & approval

We handle all official approvals and coordinate all parties involved.

  • Preparation of building application documents and expert reports

Detailed planning and final approval for project implementation.
